There are moments that remind us why community matters.
Our Legacy Club gathering on May 21st was one of those moments.
It was not a large event. It was intimate, intentional, and deeply meaningful. Around the table sat supporters, leaders, community partners, and people who genuinely believe in the mission and future of Inspírame Latina. We gathered to reflect, connect, dream, and continue building together.
We are also deeply grateful to our Board President, Julissa Alvarez, for opening her home and welcoming our community with so much warmth, love, and intention. Her generosity helped create a space where meaningful conversations, connection, and community could truly flourish.
We laughed together.
We shared stories.
We reflected on how far we’ve come.
And we spoke honestly about the future we hope to continue creating for our community.
These smaller gatherings remind us that real impact begins with relationships.
As Inspírame Latina continues to grow, we continue creating spaces rooted in love, healing, leadership, education, visibility, and connection. Behind every event, every summit, every program, and every opportunity is a community of people choosing to believe in something bigger than themselves.
Last year, our Legacy Club initiative was supported by incredible community leaders including Elizabeth Rodriguez Setlight & Andrew Setlight, Dr. Karen Lee Diaz, Leslie Torres from our Young Latinx Leaders Council, and our Board President, Julissa Alvarez.
Their generosity and belief in our mission continue helping us create spaces where women feel welcomed, seen, supported, celebrated, and reminded that they belong.
Our signature event, the Inspírame Latina Summit, continues to be possible because of the support of our donors, sponsors, community partners, members, and the many small community contributions that continue moving this mission forward.
Through these collective efforts, across our 2024, 2025, and 2026 summits, Inspírame Latina has subsidized over $100K in summit tickets, helping make these transformational experiences accessible to hundreds of women, students, and young leaders who may not otherwise have had the opportunity to attend.
Because at Inspírame Latina, we believe visibility is not possible without accessibility.
We are deeply committed to creating opportunities where women from all backgrounds can come together to feel empowered, inspired, connected, and loved.
One of the most moving parts of the evening was hearing directly from our partners and community leaders about the impact these opportunities are creating.
This year, we are deeply grateful for partners like Lehman College and their Financial Student Club, whose current president, Jeffrey Gomez, joined us during the gathering and shared a powerful testimonial about the 23 students who attended the summit at no cost thanks to the collaboration between Inspírame Latina and our community partners.
We are equally grateful to Camino al Éxito and their leadership, especially Inginia Roselis Jackson, who graced us with her presence and shared a heartfelt testimonial about the 13 girls who attended this year’s summit and the impact the experience had on them.
We are also grateful to Justine Anastasion from Lotus Theory, one of our newest partners, as we continue expanding our reach and creating more opportunities centered around healing, emotional well-being, and community support.
And while major partnerships matter, we can never forget the power of small donations and community support.
Last year, we were deeply touched by supporters who gave from the heart and contributed with so much love, generosity, and intention.
Every act of support, no matter the size, helped us continue creating meaningful opportunities for our community.

A Message to Our Members
To our members and supporters — thank you for believing in this vision and growing alongside us.
Because of you, we are able to continue expanding opportunities and developing new programs focused on financial education, leadership development, and our upcoming AI Program launching this fall.
More importantly, because of you, women continue finding spaces where they can learn, heal, connect, grow, and feel less alone.
In a world where things move really fast, it may sometimes feel like Inspírame Latina moves at a different pace. Please know that behind the scenes, we are working with intention, heart, and love to continue building meaningful initiatives and experiences for our community.
