EMPOWERING CHANGE
Imagine a world where we come together to ignite curiosity, spark change, foster growth, and cultivate wisdom through heartfelt conversations and meaningful connections. A place where everyone is welcome and feels at home, where we transcend racial barriers, where the seeds for new belonging are planted, and where the flowers of acceptance, recognition, and love blossom for all.
Welcome, Inspirame Latina is a 501(c)(3) non-profit. We are a vibrant platform focusing on our five pillars: connection, leadership, healing, education, and visibility. We empower women to share their stories, knowledge, and legacy.
DID YOU KNOW?
During our 2024 summit, we conducted a comprehensive survey to gain insight into how women perceive their roles in society, their sense of identity, their feeling of belonging, and their approach to self-care. After analyzing the data, here is what we found:
As an organization that aims to empower women, what steps are we actively taking to address these issues?
Inspirame Latina is a place where women find healing, connect with their tribe, and access resources to grow and lead to amplify their voices, bring about change, and inspire the next generation of leaders.
We’re committed to creating a space where women feel welcome and safe to share their stories and be themselves. We understand how crucial it is to support women, boost their confidence, and help them thrive independently.
How are we doing that?
We are providing programming for financial literacy, career mobility, mental health, and emotional wellness; the foundation enables networking for professional and personal growth.
We created our Five-in-Five Model
We aim to reach 5,000 members in 5 years, increasing by 5% annually through online and in-person workshops. We're launching our first-ever "Healing Our Money Trauma" initiative, designed to equip women with practical tools to take decisive action to improve their lives. When we lack access to resources, our possibilities and opportunities are limited.
Did you know that a scarcity mindset can impact millionaires as much as everyone else?
The healing of money trauma is not about how much money you make or have but rather about your relationship with money. This relationship is directly correlated to your relationship with yourself and your self-worth. Research shows that a scarcity mindset can impact millionaires as much as everyone else. When you don't feel like you are enough or have enough information, fear will dictate your decisions.
Did you know that?
Only 10% of the world’s millionaires are women, making it difficult for women to wield the economic power that will create lasting equality”, By Rachel Rodgers, “We Should all Be Millionaires”. This initiative will not only teach you about money, but also creates a community that will become a sounding board and guide as you pursue a new way to manage your finances so that we can change these statistics.
What else are we doing to continue the movement and value yourself and your time?
We have events and panels throughout the year where women share their wisdom and knowledge while learning from each other and strengthening their sense of belonging and identity. Our community provides an atmosphere of friendship, active listening, compassion, and realness that make us feel like we are home.
Want more?
Join us for our yearly summit on March 22, 2025. Mark your calendars because what’s in store is not just significant; it’s transformative and awe-inspiring.
OUR Five PILLARS
Connecting
Let’s create opportunities to spark conversations to build meaningful connections. Imagine communities where individuals actively support and encourage each other to reach their full potential. A community where growth and progress are always within reach.
Leadership
We invite leaders, organizations, companies, corporations, businesses, and institutions to work together to create a world where everyone is recognized and valued as an integral part of our humanity.
Healing
We must come to a place where we recognize every individual as a human being and strive to build a new sense of belonging. This is not a privilege but rather a fundamental human right. By doing so, we can ensure our growth and success as a collective.
Education
We recognized that the biggest barriers to change are people's attitudes and subconscious Biases. Lack of knowledge, exposure, and basic cultural understanding.
Visibility
A lack of representation and diversity perpetuates stereotypes and biases, which lead to dehumanizing people. Continuing to dehumanize people is a dangerous risk that we cannot afford to take.
