Johana Quintuna
The Savvy Business Guru | CEO | Founder |Mentor | Advocate for Women in Business | Board Member
My name is Johana Quintuna, the CEO and founder of Nails by Johana. I am a nail artist, mentor, and teacher. My passion for the beauty industry started when I was 14. From a young age, I had a knack for creativity and an eye for details, which naturally drew me toward the world of nail art. Opening my first salon was a huge challenge; lack of resources and capital, language barrier, and not having the know-how can scare even the most business-savvy individual. Yet, for me, as an immigrant coming from very humble beginnings, failure was not a choice. Becoming a successful CEO of multiple businesses at 35 comes with a lot of work, sacrifices, and sleepless nights. Success is an everyday commitment, and it takes a lot of sweat, tears, resilience, perseverance, and faith to make it into a reality. My goal is to continue working hard and smart, using my creativity and empowering my team of women to feel good about themselves, knowing they are ambassadors of beauty and self-empowerment because they are helping other women to feel beautiful and confident.
